As an innocent purchase of a house approach the defendants 123 and fixed the rate and paid the money accordingly the property got registered on 87 2020 by sale deal in favour of me having sufficient knowledge about the agreement of sale in favour of me here there is no select relation between the plaintiff and me we never meet anywhere and not provided anything while I was not meet plenty there is no question of written back the earliest amount which is the mention in a para number 6 and there is no question of showing attitude of other with the plaintiff

In the above circumstances the plaintiff has no right to final suit against me and there is no question of the agreement of damages interest and legal notices charges which the plaintiff mentioned in the suit
